As MDF boards contain waxes varying in percentage from the manufacturers. These waxes are dissolved by the solvent based lacquers we use and cause the following challenges
• Poor adhesion between primer and the MDF board
• Cracking of the lacquer films
• Slow drying of the lacquer coating


Isolation sealer has been formulated to limit the dissolving of waxes at the MDF surface. It is also highly recommended for the routed areas of the MDF board.
• Very fast drying
• Ready for use [no thinning solvent required]
